Return Policy

Currently, all of our products are non-returnable. 

Once you place an order with this, you can’t return the product. 

Refunds Policy

Yes, we do have a refund policy at Atom Vitamins, and all of our products are refundable. 

We give our customers a 2-day window, which means you have just 2 business days to inform us after receiving the product. However, the return is applicable only under certain circumstances.

You are eligible for a refund for the product in case its seal was broken, you received an expired or damaged product, or you received the wrong product delivered. We never let this happen, but if it has happened to you, please contact us immediately. 

Under all the circumstances mentioned above and after receiving valid proof from you, we will send you the new product again.

After confirming and approving your request, we will proceed with the refund process within 2 business days. Once your request is accepted, we will share with you information regarding where, when, and how to send the package. 

The customer will have to bear the shipping cost to send the product back to us. Atom Vitamins will not bear it. Moreover, depending on your location, it may take longer than expected for the product to reach us.  

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

After receiving and inspecting it, Atom Vitamins will issue a refund by directly transferring it to the bank.
